In the modern era, any agreement must be written in a correct manner so as not to be a cause of conflict and loss of rights in the future and Allah Said in the Holy Quran (O you who believe, when you contract a debt for a fixed period, write it down. Let a scribe write it down in justice between you). Hence, Allah's command to his servants to write contracts to preserve rights. Preserving rights is done with the correct formulation of contracts above all, as well as providing legal advice that illuminates the way for its applicant.
1- Preparing and drafting all types of contracts (Civil - Commercial - Administrative), for example but not limited to (Sale and Purchase Contracts _ Financing - Rent - Labor / Employees - Loans - Partnership - Investment - Mortgage - Contracting and other contracts).
2- Preparing Regulation of labor for the entities and approving them from the official authority.
3- Preparing, studying and drafting laws and regulations and reviewing them based on the applicable laws and regulations.
