Any person has the right to practice his life and his dealings under the framework of the law. Therefore, any breach of the right of another party requires compensation for the damage, or a restoration of what was done to the state it in before the dealing. Among the rights in the laws and Sharia are what is material and moral, and compensation must be given to everyone who has been harmed.
